Back & Sinister

He tagged along this time.

An awkward sorta actor,

But with no benefactor,

Just call him a mime.

A smile that sends chills down your spine.

Words that flow like Calypso’s wine.

A new divinity ignited to delight.

Let’s just say he can be sinister at times.

Sinister at times like a vulture in flight.

Floating slow, coasting low, searching for gore.

Swoop down fast, when at last, you hit the floor.

Meat digested so more meat can soar.

More things can eat, thus allowing evolution,

To allow us to explore.

He absolutely implies deplorable things at times.

Weaves indignation into a sticky, scratchy, vexing, crawling, belittling vine.

Let’s just say he can be sinister at times.

Let’s just say he is sinister at times.

He can stand right by you, rob you, stomp you, romp you,

But he’s still clean like he never done no crime.

Let’s just say he is sinister at times.

He’ll help you fly,

Fly the wrong way,

He’ll catch you in mid-flight.

Pull you down, skin you alive.

Toss you up in the market for the peasants to buy.

Let’s just say,

I’m sinister sometimes.
